		Turnkey projects: provided in our local area only Phase 1 of shell works completed, the interior finishing work is undertaken. Thermic and acoustic insulation Interior walls and partitions Heating installations Electrics Plumbing When required bathroom and kitchen installations

Each tradesman and master craftsman has individual ten-year insurance guarantee. In addition Bois d'Arbre Construction has a ten-year full structural warranty.

Overseeing each project are technical building surveyors certifying and guaranteeing that all structures, all building techniques and building materials conform with legal requirements.
